Before we begin, there are a few conditions that must be met in order to use the WPS button method:
If it is on, the LED (Light Emitting Diode) will light up as shown in the figure below.

5. Once the printer is recognized, the following screen will appear. The name of the access point to which the computer is connected will be displayed (where “xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx” is displayed). If this is the wireless network you want the printer to connect to, click [Yes]. Otherwise, click [No].
7. The next screen lists your printer model and the name (or SSID) of your wireless network.
If you need to reset your network settings to factory defaults, for example if you change your access point, you can do so by following these instructions.
Note that initialization will erase all network settings on the machine, so it will not be possible to print or scan from a computer over the network until the printer is reconfigured with the new network settings.
