When it comes to copying and scanning, the HP 4155e does well; Documents can be easily uploaded for copying, or you can scan them to your phone or computer with the HP app. Alternatively, you can take a photo of a document on the phone and print it on the 4155e as well.

One of the crazy things about this printer is that the color ink runs out almost instantly.
I think this is something that HP does on purpose to either force you into the ink program right away, or sell you a new ink cartridge right away. I think I got about a dozen color papers before the color card ran dry, and the black wasn’t far behind. Be warned, you will need ink within about two weeks of purchasing this printer, based on my test usage. After this first bullet, I think you will get better mileage but I mean there is no way to introduce, HP.
For the most part, the HP DeskJet 3755 works like a dream. This is a great printer, and can be compatible with other printers of the same size and type. The printer itself is light, easy to move, takes pictures and different paper sizes and doesn’t take up much space.
I recommend this printer especially for an office where most of the printing will be done from dedicated computers, and mostly black and white documents. However it is capable of handling color and multi-page documents as well. Disadvantages? Mine didn’t play well with the iPhone photo app for printing… and I wish this could print on both sides, but it can’t. And I love that the included ink cartridge is great for sewing pages. However, I can recommend the HP 3755 for your office needs in a small space.
